Delete your YourLinks account.
Request deletion in YourLinks
Sign in, open Account & Security, and use Delete account. You must enter your password and type DELETE. The same control is available in the native creator apps.
What happens immediately
Every public page is hidden, browser and mobile sessions are invalidated, and registered push devices are revoked.
Request deletion without the app
You can use the same account settings in a web browser. If you cannot sign in, email support@bighelpers.in with the subject “YourLinks account deletion”. We will verify that the account is yours before recording the request. Never send your password or a one-time code.
Data scheduled for deletion after 30 days
Your email and sign-in credentials are anonymised. Your pages, profile, links, blocks, collections, uploaded media, downloads, subscribers, analytics, device sessions and verification records are deleted. Shared files are retained only if another active account still uses them.
Limited data retained
We retain a de-identified deletion audit and, where applicable, de-identified subscription records required for legal, financial, fraud-prevention or security obligations. Those records no longer contain your email, password, payment subscription identifier or page content and follow the applicable retention schedule.
